Yes! As an active member of Adaptive Inner Circle, Adaptive Marketing Program & our Bonus Students this event is Absolutely FREE! We believe in you and support you. All you have to do is get there and the opportunity awaits.

Airfare, hotel, & travel expenses and meals that are not stated on the schedule are not included.

Yes, you have the option to bring 1 person with you to the In Person event!

This can be a business partner, family member, or friend. They'll be included in the mastermind training and activities. We just need to know they are coming so please include their information on the RSVP form.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age for liability purposes. All guests must be well mannered and comply to the rules and standards for the event.

Please note, we don't have the option to bring someone for the Virtual version.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the event. We recommend renting a car or getting an Uber to travel around Middletown, DE.

We'll also have a thread inside the membership groups for individuals attending to connect for those that want to share a ride or accommodations.

We ask that you RSVP by August 31, 2024 so we can get a final count and make plans for the event.

The Marketing Mastermind kicks off on Monday, September 23rd with a Welcome Reception for our Adaptive Inner Circle Members, Adaptive Marketing Program Members, & Bonus Students.

Then the Marketing Mastermind starts on the following 2 days, Tuesday, September 24th and Wednesday, September 25th. You can find the schedule on this page.

This event is open to Adaptive Inner Circle Members, Adaptive Marketing Program Members, & our Bonus students at no additional cost, you just have to make travel & lodging arrangements!

At this time, we have made the decision that attending the live event is an at your own risk and disclosure policy.

We will not enforce proof of vaccination, masks or any testing requirements. Each individual that makes a decision to come should weigh their own personal decision to attend.

We simply ask that if you have been exposed, experiencing symptoms, or in proximity of someone that has tested positive for Covid within the last 10 days prior to the event, to politely excuse yourself from attendance out of respect for others.

We're hosting a Welcome Reception for Adaptive Inner Circle Members, Adaptive Marketing Program Members, & our Bonus students on Monday, September 23rd that includes food and drinks.

For the Marketing Mastermind, we'll have light pastries and coffee the morning of each day and provide lunch on those days as well.

Tuesday, September 24th we'll host an Evening Reception for everyone that includes food and drinks.

Wednesday, September 25th dinner will be on your own to continue conversations, relax, recharge, and say goodbyes.

Yes, this Marketing Mastermind is a hybrid event that has a live in person version and an online version on Zoom.
