Yes! As an active member of Inner Circle this event is Absolutely FREE! We believe in you, support you, and want to take care of you as one of our members. All you have to do is get there and the opportunity awaits.

Airfare, hotel, & travel expenses and meals that are not stated on the schedule are not included.

Yes, you have the option to bring 1 person with you to the In Person event!

This can be a business partner, family member, or friend. They'll be included in the retreat training and activities. We just need to know they are coming so please include their information on the RSVP form.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age for liability purposes. All guests must be well mannered and comply to the rules and standards for the event.

Please note, we don't have the option to bring someone for the Virtual version.

Yes there is a parking garage onsite at the Reefhouse Resort. Parking is free.

We recommend renting a car or getting an Uber to travel around Key Largo, FL.

Please RSVP by January 15, 2023 if you plan to attend in person in Key Largo, so we can get a final count and make plans for the event.

We'll host a Welcome Reception the Evening of February 27th for in person attendees. We hope you can join us as we welcome you to the Keys!

The Retreat will be held each day approximately 9am-4:30/5pmpm each day. We'll have a break for lunch during that time.

At this time, we have made the decision that attending the live event is an at your own risk and disclosure policy. We will not enforce proof of vaccination, masks or any testing requirements. Each individual that makes a decision to come should weigh their own personal decision to attend. We simply ask that if you have been exposed, experiencing symptoms, or in proximity of someone that has tested positive for Covid within the last 10 days prior to the event, to politely excuse yourself from attendance out of respect for others.

We'll provide meals at the Inner Circle Retreat. This includes lunch both of the days and we have dinner plans both of the nights.

We also invite you to join us for the Welcome Reception the night before the retreat!

Yes, this Inner Circle Retreat is a hybrid event that has a live in person version and an online version on Zoom. More information on attending virtually will be released soon!
