Yes! As an active member of Adaptive Inner Circle this event is Absolutely FREE! We believe in you, support you, and want to take care of you as one of our members. All you have to do is get there and the opportunity awaits.

Airfare, hotel, & travel expenses and meals that are not stated on the schedule are not included.

Yes, you have the option to bring 1 person with you to the In Person event!

This can be a business partner, family member, or friend. They'll be included in the mastermind training and activities. We just need to know they are coming so please include their information on the RSVP form.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age for liability purposes. All guests must be well mannered and comply to the rules and standards for the event.

Please note, we don't have the option to bring someone for the Virtual version.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the event. We recommend renting a car or getting an Uber to travel around Middletown, DE. We'll also have a post in the group for members to connect with each other who want to share rides with each other.

We ask that you RSVP by August 31, 2023 so we can get a final count and make plans for the event.

The Adaptive Inner Circle Fall Mastermind is 2 days, Tuesday, September 19th and Wednesday, September, 20th. You can find the schedule on this page.

In addition, Adaptive Inner Circle members are invited to stay for our 2 Day Marketing Mastermind on Thursday, September 21st & Friday, September, 22nd that is open to Adaptive Inner Circle Members, Adaptive Marketing Program Members, & our bonus students at no additional cost. Just let us know you're planning to stay.

The Marketing Mastermind is optional and you can come if you like or just come for the Inner Circle Fall Mastermind, it's up to you!

At this time, we have made the decision that attending the live event is an at your own risk and disclosure policy. We will not enforce proof of vaccination, masks or any testing requirements. Each individual that makes a decision to come should weigh their own personal decision to attend. We simply ask that if you have been exposed, experiencing symptoms, or in proximity of someone that has tested positive for Covid within the last 10 days prior to the event, to politely excuse yourself from attendance out of respect for others.

We'll have light pastries and coffee each morning of the Mastermind and we'll provide lunch during the 2 Days of the Adaptive Inner Circle Mastermind. We're hosting an Inner Circle Dinner the night of Tuesday, September 19th. We're also hosting a Crossover Day Reception for Adaptive Inner Circle Members, Adaptive Marketing Program Members, & our bonus students on Wednesday, September 20th that includes food and drinks.

If you decide to stay for the Marketing Mastermind, we'll have light pastries and coffee the morning of each day and provide lunch on those days as well. Dinner will be on your own on those days to connect with attendees, relax, and recharge.

Yes, this Adaptive Inner Circle Mastermind is a hybrid event that has a live in person version and an online version on Zoom. More information on attending virtually will be released soon!
